"it represents everything you could only dream of 3 or 4 years back" or if you had a Mac 3 or 4 years back.

Dear Microsoft:
Spend more time and money making a better OS and less on marketing a crappy one.
That is all. Thank you

so what this means to me is that the microsoft brand is poison from an equity standpoint.

This is just fucking embarrassing, what sort of company has to have a campaign thats the equivalent of "LOOK ITS NOT AS SHIT AS YOU THINK".
Would be a great internal experiment to learn from but christ don't use it as a campaign

It won't let me see it unless I download something called silverlight
"This website has been updated to run on the very latest version
of the Microsoft® Silverlight™ 2 plug-in. Please re-install.
You can also view the Non-Silverlight version by clicking here."is there a flash or html version somewhere?
- Meeklo0
I clicked for thumbnails none of them loaded, what is this?
- tommyo0
haha I like that when I click the Silverlight logo it takes me to the Microsoft page for Silverlight and gives me this error message:
'The site that you visited was built for an earlier, beta version of Silverlight - not the current one. Please contact the site owner to let them know that they must upgrade to the latest release of Silverlight 2. Let us know if the site is not updated shortly so we can try to assist in upgrading the site to the latest Silverlight technology.'
So should we be contacting MS to let them know that their site wasn't built using the newest version of MS Silverlight? So lame. This is why Microsoft is destined to fail.

fundamentally flawed.
this is like "science" conducted by christians

Embarrassing is right.
To have to resort to this kind of thing is sad...
