So I am doing some Graduation in Photoshop, and when I come to print from the laser printer the Graduation do not look consistent, almost patchy looking. Are there any tip for consistent graduations for print, or is it just my laser printer that is given bad results.

I will upload a screen shot

A scan of the output might be good, if that's where your problem lies.

er.. ok, without seeing what the problem is, it's kind of hard to tell what's amiss. However, unless you've got quite a good laser printer, I'd be surprised if there WEREN'T gradiation artefacts with a long grey gradient like the one you've got there.

Well the problem is the black graduation at the top running down to the car, just not very consistent graduation.

You can post a screenshot of the file as many times as you like, it won't make any difference for trying to work out what is wrong with the output!
In the meantime, you might want to Filter for Gradient Banding, as there are a few threads on this, which might have some bearing on your decision.
As I said before, I suspect your problem is more to do with your printer, than anything else.
