I am sorry if this is old news. But what the fuck are adobe playing at. Is there any reason why Indesign CS2 cannot open CS3 file without exporting a CS3 file in a special format.
I swear, it;s one problem after the other with CS3.

I don't think there is, I have this as well. You must export as inx and pray it works (sometimes it doesn't).
although, you can't open illy cs3 files in cs2 either. should just be a simple save as cs2, eh?!

make sure your CS2 has had all of its adobe updates

no one ever gives me indesign files anyways, so working solely in cs3 isn't really a problem.
