You see trained fighter against trained fighter all the time. This was good for the sport. I think it gained new viewers that will now be interested in seeing more.

I have nothing against him.. it was just a horrible Ref.. JT had all the time in the world to actually lock that Kimura in, but didn't.. Kimbo puts asses in seats, but until he actually wins a 'real' fight, he shouldn't be headlining a card.. esp. when there is a title fight on the card

Kimbo does need some training but dude is such a beast he's dangerous with or without it. There are tons of big strong guys in MMA. But few with his killer instinct.

Kimbo admitted he had a long way to go and a lot of work to do. I think he has a lot of potential though. CBS has got to find a way to move the fights better because the down time was insane and I almost just turned that shit off. and yes, Elite XC put together a sensation card; and fuck the officials for stopping the Lawler fight

Well Sapp had an interesting fight against Kimo in the K-1 (with K-1 rules) and prevailed despite getting gassed and knocked down once. And Kimo is a better fighter than the nobody that Kimbo just fought.

I was excited to tune in and watch. I would say that the UFC puts up better more thought out matches. I was really surprised that the crowd was booing throughout several matches. I thought the fighters all did enough to be applauded throughout.
JT's ear popping was just about the grossest thing I have ever seen.
