I am trying to adjust my upload speed in azureus pref, every time I try to make a change my download speed automatically adjust too. Is there anyway to stop this happening.
All I want to do is set me D/L speed to say 800K, and my U/L speed to 20K. WTF is going on.

you have some sort of auto speed detect setting turned on.

I found a solution to the problem.
At the bottom right hand side of Azureus where you see your upload and download speed, right click on them and it will let you change you speed without effect the other.
