I saw this beforehand in the Recent Work thread and had to stop myself from critting it! :)
I like it - though I think you've cut off too much of the ADHD at top, and I'd love to see more use made of the dotted line mechanic at bottom. That, for me, completely signifies ADHD (I suspect I have the adult variant) and I'd expect to see it much more prominently - have you tried mingling it with your circles top right?

I agree w/ detritus, too much of the ADHD is cut off at the moment. I would re-read the copy, some sentence breaks could be finessed better.

ok thanks alot, will take a look into it,
the text, i don't typed that, i guess they will correct it..

You'll still get the blame for the spelling mistakes though - we always do! One thing I've just noticed - the text alignment is different between the bullets with one line and those with two. The two liners drop a little, so they're off-centre in relation to the bullet, which is inconsistent and looks a bit off. You could also do with a little more line spacing between the different bullets.
Also, whilst I'm being pernickity - I don't get why you've gone with pink for the speechmarks - it's the only place on-page that colour pops up - perhaps you could either use it more, or change it for a colour already on there?
- Oh. Vectormasked already said that. Tell you what - *goes back to sleep*detritus

ugh. the brightness and my viewing angle on this laptop are off - I didn't notice 'til just now that the dotted lines are coloured - I thought they were just black.

Looks okay, remindful of template if that's what you were going for?

And according to the typography bible ('The Elements of Typographic Style’ © Robert Bringhurst) 'e.g.' would work better if it didn't have periods and was italicized.
I've also try to force the 'ex' part on the first line to the second one. This wouldn't be bad as it'd force the word 'it' to the third line.
All the bulleted items end with a period except for #5 under Hyperactivity.

And what's with the lonely quotation before 'Why? What went wrong?'
??

define more hierarchy to the layout, and better leading. Also look at your how many words per line. The quotes are so different type size, are they related together? May you need an en-dash before the Dr.Sampson and void 'said'.
Just my thoughts, peace

it's your job. buddy.
A designer should catch that and not be lazy. ;p
Besides you'd be the only one to blame according to the world outside the design world.
