Is Neutra the right answer? Some many disagree but to me it feels a little too refined and institutional now that I've seen your site. I would explore some other typeface options rather than just settling on this one.

Please don't rely on flipping/rotating certain characters - really lame & greenhorn... Try starting with a solid concept - what idea(s) do you want this logotype/identity to convey? Maybe you need to do some serious sketching first...

I agree with wetzel.
Get as far away from what you're doing now, and work it out on paper or whatever you're comfy with.Just go and do it. You don't or shouldn't need anybody here giving you art direction.
