I know i was sharing about some vision issues, but do you guys just find it ridic to read a paragraph of black on white text online? Anything under a sentence or two is fine, but it starts to hurt after that...anyone else?

I can't be objective about it - I have terrible eyes and push my finger against my left eye to get better focus.

Just stick the ethernet cord in your ear. If you stick it in far enough it'll feed the info directly into your brain. It hurts a little but it beats staring at a screen 10 hours a day.

Screens tend to be too bright. You can change MS word to white on blue mode or you can change the whole system to white on black. Right click on your desktop, choose Properties, choose the customize or display or whatever tab where you can select your theme. You're probably on XP so change it to classic theme then choose high contrast black. That might help.

for me its the opposite. i find that high contrast screens wear my eyes out. instead turning down the contrast when doing long reading helps.
