You called her after one day, which is a good enough time. She had 3 days to call you back and still hasn't. If she's not in the hospital or is not on a trip somewhere, I'm not sure she will call you back :/
I don't know the situation, but if she was interested and just busy I think she would've called you back by now (to at least let you know). It sucks :(
