Love that skt, nice choice of colours.
But what is 'Misc'? - Is this five knuckle shuffling?- the small one was a trip to the shop, the larger one was watching a new tv show that we will be working on.********

how much of the work time in that chart was dedicated to making the.. um.. chart?
- Dancer0
fuck I'll pose the Q here:
Have you used it Stem? Can you decipher between job numbers if the file is named correctly?

Oh and Nice job skeeeet!!!

Sweet, skt. Moar, please.
This sort of thing works great in series - not necessarily all charting the same data - just the same perspective on the otherwise banal.
- there was aguy that did a whole anual report on this kind of stuff... can't find the url. looked nice though.********
- American-style, lots of bright colours? I think I remember it. Prefer your more appropriately dour take on the idea though.detritus
- lots of turquoise and din.********
- Eatock did that Identity for Boy Meets Girl based on Pie charts. Twas niceDancer

what is the empty space in the circle? colors are confusing
- um, it's an empty space.********
- um... in a proportional chart... why?drgs
- I had this feedback from a client once when working on an annual report so had to change all the graphs.ian
- that chart goes from 9.30am till 7.00pm, the time i was in the office. the full circle is 12 hours with 9 at the top.********
- it goes from 12:30 to 22:00 ..?
unless it goes against the clockdrgs - it's a pie chart, not a clock. how do you do 9.30pm to 7.00am on a clock face?********
- 12 hour clock, 9 at the top... not how most of would see it.... then again the chart is for personal use, okdrgs
- again, no empty space in a pie chart, it must show somehtingdrgs
- ok, sorry. but it really does not concern me if i didn't follow the rules of pie charts.********
- well the principle is that full pie chart is 100%.... and its pieces show how many % each piece is of the wholedrgs
- he disappears
OK!!!!!Dancer - hahahahaha! This is great, you may continue...ian
- so it's a snail chart, not a pie chart... stop whiningribit
- um, it's an empty space.

Looks nice. Can I be controversial and say I'd like to see some alternative colours. Find them a bit drab...
*ducks.
- You've been spending too much time with clients eh!db_gd

It's quite an interesting idea Skt.
I would like to borrow it and produce a a chart based on one of my days work but be so precise that all minutes are accounted for.
Then I can show my clients that when I quote 3 days work it does NOT mean that the work will be ready in 3 days time...
- bash on. it's not like the idea hasn't been done before. hows that invoice getting on by the way?********
- Yeah, there's a story there in itself... paper work was done today. Trying to rush it through though
sorryDancer - no worries. i owe it all to my old dear anyway.********

Interesting project. I did the same thing (tracked every minute of my workday, not made a chart) on February 4th, just trying to streamline my day. It's funny how easy it is to avoid pissing around if you have to account for it.
I recommend giving it a shot if you are trying to increase your productivity.
