I love this game.
My cousin and I would often get completely loaded playing this while beating the ever living shit out of every team in our path.
Oh man, I wish I could play this right now, haha.
My favourite dunk was like the fake helicopeter, where you came from an angle from the left side three pointer and would jump up and it would go, "Shhooo-Shooo" and you would kind of go side-to-side real quick and then dunk it.
You couldn't do it every time, hell you could barely pull it off once a 27 game season ... but boy was it satisfying, hahah.

I played a lot of that during my freshman year of college while pulling bong hits. I remember it had a special code that allowed you to play as bill clinton

Yeah I remember that! As well as putting bigger heads on them, the Iguana too! What else George clinton as well!!! and the ability to dunk from anywhere in the game, the hotspots were a good edition to the game too, yah could hit 7pointers and totally fuck yer mates head up.
