What would you guys say are the best interactive shops in philly? Mostly Flash stuff..? (asking for a friend)

Urban Outfitters is also looking for a interactive flash developer. I had opportunity to be their CD in the fall and turned it down, stupid me! Everyone loves to work there, great creative firm in Philly.
