I remember my mother used to keep it in a glass pitcher in the fridge with some foil wrapped around it (I guess it can't have any light coming through to it). I don't remember if she bought the powder or the liquid form, but I know she didn't buy the capsules.
It tastes like shit, but you only need a small amount, so just tell your uncle to down it. If I recall correctly, it was about 5oz. / 2 times a day. But do some searching on the internet for exact portions, etc.

I think so. It detoxes you, cleans & strengthens cell, etc etc.. it's all on the website.

for the people wondering about quantity, this is part of an email from my sister:
"About 3 oz. I think two times a day on an empty stomach. It might be three times a day. One package should last about two to two and a half weeks. The contents in the bag are bark, roots, and all sorts of other weird stuff. It's not powder though. You have to make it every couple of weeks."
