Save your outrage for something bigger than a banner. Marketing people are notorious poos and knowing them, a bigger battle awaits down the road...pick yur nose, errr, battles and move on. Nice work, by the way.

#2 is pretty stale compared to the first. It doesn't seem to benefit from the small amount of motion it has.

by far yours, but that animation is really choppy. especially the scaling on the text.

Man yours for sure. The flickering would def draw my eye to the ad if it was up. The other one would end up in my mental ad filter and I wouldn't notice it.
