they should be demanding to be hire full-time instead and get all benefits.
freelancers don't get that package. thats why you charge more.

so who works there? i know there have been a couple nt people that have worked for mtv previously (if not to date) but i am curious as to how all of this went down?
i am currently a fulltime "perma-lancer" *see images that osfa linked and am curious if this had any impact on anything? as someone said before, you get paid more as a freelancer. this pay should cover such things as insurance, 401k savings etc..
so why the hype?
