Photoshop offers the closest pantone according to your CMYK choice.
Type in your CMYK percents in the color picker then click the "Color Libraries" button and it highlights the closest pantone color.

... you can't rely on that. my experience is: best is to have a cymk colour book and compare pantone to the printed paper. these book are expensive (around 200 euros here) ... cheers.
