and lily allen made some really bitchy comments! i think she came off looking worse tho
i'm worried about the sound for the next 2 shows, they kinda stitched us up by dropping the vocal monitors out as soon as we started playing.
at least i got some good footage of us rocking out with good sound in paris over the weekend so i'll put that up on youtube tonight so that they can't say we're shit live. we had our first crowd surfers! hooray!

Hey well done Vespa, you guys were great. Bizarley I was down the pub yesterday with a mate who I haven't seen in ages ad t turns out he's doing the PR for the show on behalf of Vodaphone. What a tiny world.
Fuck Lilly Allen though, she's a no talent fuckwit riding on her dad's coat tails ad he's shite in Robin hood.
One question, why did you guys go after Alex James? I thought he was most supportive on the panel. You should have gone after that middle of the road sell out Jo Whiley, she was a bit more scathing.

I listened to some of Lilly Allen's stuff for like two days and then got bored of it. She's not horrible, but she has no talent when it comes to voice.
Your voice, on the other hand, is very distinct and pronounced, and in a band that makes good music = winning combo.

they cut his mean stuff from the show tho, he said i had an annoying voice and he wasn't into the "operatic" style. (?) and he said the song wasn't very good, that it had "too many bits". (there are only 2 bits in the entire song) oh the power of the edit!
i give him a proper evil in a couple of episodes, i'm probably gonna come off as a bit of a touchy cow cos they're not showing him being horrible, ah well.

Nice work Kim, thought you lot came across really well, despite the best efforts of a shitty panel and a tabloid editing job... These shows get my goat, christ how about a music talent show that isn't based on being cunts to the contestants? Why do they have to just rip the shit out of everyone on there? Wasn't an ounce of constructive advice and we have Lilly 'Rich Dad but made it on her own' Allen playing the sharon osborne role of slagging off pretty girls and fancying the boys. How original... As for Jo Whiley... ugh.
