also its very simple to do ...
A bit of background - it's for a legal high pill, ostensibly bracketed as some love drug, but in actuality just a fuck-off strong stimulant a la speed.
nairn i "zipped" the ai file and re-sent it...so check your email for the spec file.
Nairn is making W
i totally meant E
Hey epill - I'd also welcome any thoughts you have on the on-package version too, if you don't mind.
The version I've sent over is a little low-contrast, which needs fixing and the glitzy embellishment still needs some tinkering (ie. reduction!)
Nairn...i sent you an email with 3 attachments of embossing examples for manufacturing hardware.
dont hesitate to ask me any questions regarding its nature, ill try to help how ever i can.
packaging is not my thing, i suggest you ask a graphic designer or someone with heavy graphic knowledge or somneone who uses fonts and stuff...
Nairn...do oyu have the actual size of the pill this is going on?? or its shape??
or are you creating all of that as well??
this will super speed the development or design process of the spec for you.
Nairn, i just noticed i never click on send...opps!!
so check your mail...now!!
Good point. I don't actually!
I was planning on getting it at some point, but I'm assuming (**DANGER**) that it'll be the size of an average pill.
Which is to say, I don't know.
i created you a very quick mock up spec in CS2 illy and i suggest you use it and tweak it to fit your needs. all the relevant info regarding embossing is already on the spec, find out the size of the pill b4 you send out the spec as the mold charges will cost your client a lot. so make sure you do it right the first time so as any revisions will be less and thus the client will love you more for that in terms of keeping the costs down.
again let me know if you need anymore help with this..since its fun for me.
best thread ever.

lol @ chinese manufacturer,
they might be chinese, but they are in your basement aren't they?
skull and crossbones.
but if he gets this batch right, next month they will have a whole run down flat to themselves.
I'm doing the work in Illy - I just need to know what the restrictions are for when the tablet's ultimately formed, so that I can ensure a sharply defined design, without bits flaking off / not appearing.
