i forgot to say it's best to buy glasses without lenses: it gets really foggy when you enter a crowded place or a warm cafeteria in winter.

in america eyeware has switched to plastic lenses due to american having more accidents than any other persons.
glass lenses never scratch and they never lose any of their protection UVs.
plastic lenses need to be applied with a sort of coatings for protection but the glass is cooked with all the goodies inside of it.
