you're right... but seriously, we can only be angry that they (the countries involved) are in denial, correct? Hell, every "war power" country does/has done this type of thing on the regular, no matter the location ( I would assume, considering I don't have stone cold facts in hand). War is war, terror is terror; no matter what is stated by the Warsaw Pact, NATO, etc. rules have no place in this game.

No, we shouldn't. Not to be a fatalist about this, but seriously, this is something that will never change, ever. Some people/countries may change their ways, but there will always be a society or government that will do as they see fit, by any means necessary. This world is crowded, manifest destiny has brought us all together and we're searching for reasons not to make it work.Let the killing continue, for the simple reason that it just can't be stopped.
