i think the work is playing second fiddle to the website which is overwhelming and out of date (from an art direction point of view).
you also need to kill some of the info ie telling us what the straplines are when we can read them in the ad. talk us through the brief and how you developed the creative solution .

honestly...
the site looks dated. it's obvious that whoever put this together has some technical abilities and some design abilities, but it's just not up to today's standards.
and honestly, your clients might like it just fine, but from a designer's point of view stylistically and functionally it doesn't make good sense.
