OK folks and folkettes..I'm off to Tokyo tomorrow a.m. for about two weeks..on my list of todos is :
Check out the giant Uniqlo tee shirt vending machine-cum-store in Harajuku, (as well as stop at my favorite hat store in same), take a day trip out to Mt. Fuji, maybe get another tattoo at the same place I got one last time in Shibuya...any other ideas?

Do you like ice cream?
Go to Namjatown. No idea where that is, my friend who lives there was a great tourguide.
But Namjatown has a place called Ice Cream City where you can get ice cream made out of just about every possible thing there is.
snake ice cream. whale ice cream. peppers. turkey. gravy. every fruit in the world.The place was wild.
I'm jealous. I had a blast there. Just talked to my friend today via skype and I'd give anything to be going back this summer.
