I helped found an aminal rescue 6 years ago, and I train dogs every week there.. I see this stuff weekly- and its horrible.
Lock them both up. If Vick owned that place, he knew what was going on..
Let me have one shot with a baseball bat at his knee and it will make my year.

My dog.. who is curled up on the sofa with us right now watching a flick.. was rescued at 7 weeks from a house just like that- I can't imagine what she would have gone thru if I didn't get her out.... I have trained over 250 Pitbulls, and she is far and away the best dog I have erver come in contact with..
Vick needs to be put behind bars. Put his ass in jail.
I spend countless hours working to find homes for dogs just like these.. and its a rough job-
