typeface search

I'm looking for a typeface - a clean Helvetica-esque sans, but with a double story "g" and a square dot on the "i"..Bau is close of course, but the lowercase "t" is hideous to me. ARS Region from Fontshop is almost perfect, but it has no italics or lighter weights:

no worries akkurat is the way forward..
ive always been a frankling gothic man (really never worked with helvetica) and akkurat is like the best of both worlds :)

Akkurat though reminds me more of Univers than Helvetica though in it's spacing, kerning etc...but I might just be crazy...If anyone else has any other options I'm still listening..

I'm impressed that you have Akkurat, Blue. That's one pricey number.

maybe a little overly stylish for what you want, but it's got your specs and i love the variety within weight and styles...
