sued: not that i know of, but if they were, then that is good news, every meaningful company needs to get sued every now and then!!

I love the old Spyker, infact I hope to be able to drive one this april - however this one, I don't dig so much. I was actually in a discussion not one hour ago about it and I said it looks like a Citroen DS :)

yeah, then i am remembering correctly then.
i am pretty sure they got sued by Audi for rejecting to pay for a whole slew of RS4 motors after they were delivered as they ran out of funding or something.

yeah it is different, i agree. the classic ones have more distinguished lines..
this one however, is just a limited edition, 24 will be sold, of which 2 will remain in the Netherlands, I hope to see one soon.
My nephew lives just opposite the factory. I really need to visit him soon...
