i hope the guys who made the first UNCOMMERCIAL animated gif got some money out of this, otherwise the agency creatives should stop calling themselves creatives.

I agree cerbero. There's been lots of copycat work like this going on lately. I've seen 2 or 3 ytmnd's that were made into commercials and you know those ytmnders never got paid.
Pez is amazing and he would never copy someone else. But if some agency guy told him what they were looking for, he would then create this piece w/o knowing any better.

and sorry to detract, but have you all seen the commercial with the ripoff version of the Michel Gondry rubicks cube feet solution? i almost want to say it is by comcast, but am not sure. what the fuck??! total rip...unless the idea was sold.
