i have to shoot some photos tomorrow on my canon 30D - they have to be reviewed by a team of ADs -

What is the best way to shoot images and have them display directly on my laptop(PC) ? Is there a simple way or should I just shoot a bunch and then DL them to the laptop?

    THanks.

with your camera should have been a disc. I think the 30D comes with the Canon camera window and zoom browser software.

on the camera menu change the communication settings to PC connection.

Using the USB cable (does the 30D have one? my 5D has) plug it in to the camera and the laptop.

Switch on camera and it should give you the option to view images using camera window software, select this one and then use the "remote shooting" (or whatever its called)

change any options you want when asked and then start shooting, each shot you take will then be tranferred directly to the laptop and appear on the screen within seconds.

    does that help?
