OK, just got outta bed at about 5:15am and walked across 3rd avenue to get a box of cereal and already it's stupid hot. I mean utterly ridiculously stupid friggin hot. When is it 85 degrees and balmy before the f'ing sun comes up on our ever blessed isle of Manhattan. F*ck. Not looking forward to this commute this morning...

Man - hear you there. I'm in Toronto, but it's been in the 90's by 8:45 the last couple days.
Yesterday went to 118F with the humidex rating. Utterly disgusting........ apparently Toronto used the amount of power necessary to power the city of London from all the AC's turned on the deal with the hellish oven outside.

In milwaukee it had been over 90 for 6 straight days. Tonite it is supposed to get in the 60's though.

I have made my 45 minute commute from NYC to the suburbs. It was stupid insanely hot on I-95 in my stupid car with no air conditioning. I came to work in shorts, a white tee shirt (V-neck) and sandals. If anyone looks at me crosseyed I will hit them with my water bottle.

The new guy at my job fucked up our shorts priveleges, the fucker started wearing flip flops to work everyday on his second week. Boss cracked the whip on the dress code.

I love hot weather and we here in the UK have been experiencing up to 35, and for the UK, that's damm hot my friends.
I go to work in boardys and flip-flops and that's the way we roll, especially as we have no aircon! Screw Managers that say you can't wear flip flops or shorts in weather like this!! muppets!
