Every site shown on this 'one-page-folio' is for a company that owns some sort of land developing firm/corp in the south west (including the bi-lingual insurance folks - they too are into real estate...)
... soooo... yes - LOADS OF WORK and money to be had and made out here... but it's not super glorious.

it was my real dive into flash 8 - I haven't had a chance to workin flash 8 cuz allll the garbage i've been doing the last year has been 'updates' to old flash etc...
btw - i gotta give a ton of credit to the folks over here:

they've made it 'easier' to implement some of flash 8's filters... take advantage of the extension... everyone!! :)
