In all fairness to him and the shape he's in now, the dude is very famous, very rich and legendary. Ill bet you the hottest women on earth would still bang this guy. The rest of us either have to be very good looking, in shape or extremely charming. He doesnt even need any of that!

He's like 50... I would say he's doing better than most.
I saw then in concert about 6-7 months ago and he was spot on. I was worried based on several youtube videos, but that night he and the band nailed it for 3.5 hours. Show me all the shitty clips you want, but I got my moneys worth and that's fine by me.

I cant imagine what he sounds like live now. He was never a good singer even when he was young. Its different when you're there though, everyone sounds better when your ears are being pummeled.
