A company called Neue runs Blanka.
I think they have tapped into a really niche, as I'm sure I can speak for a lot of us design folk when I say I want most of the shit on that site and would probably pay the outrageously inflated price for what in reality is just some agencies file/sample copies of work they have done for clients. Daft eh!

If so, I no longer do the blowback magazine fella, that ended about 3 months ago after a huff and a puff to get my money. Moved onto a different magazine for a bit then all the other work coming in has been web - miss the print! :(

The best one I've seen is that Anthony Burril's 'Work Hard and Be Nice To people' letterpress one. Much prefer that over those Blanka ones.
