not much of a soccer fan either way, but this article made me happy that Ghana won, as it seems like they wanted it more.

I been watching the games on ESPN2 and I was amazed to see (and hear) the announcers not having one bit of faith with the U.S. Team.. not one bit.They where like, well.. we are probably going to loose, but it will be a fun game to watch..
The guys on the team, on the other hand, they where very confident, and well.. that's what you need if you want to play, that and ronaldinho..

I'm sad and pissed at team USA at the same time. We played like crap.
My two favorite teams of the tourney so far are Ghana and Ivory Coast. Fun to watch.

i´m brazilian, but i have to confess that on next match: Ghana x Brazil, i´ll support Ghana a lot, nothing will make me happier then another country besides brazil, germany, argentina, italy or france win this years world cup.
Go netherlands, go ghana, go ecquador, go anyone who have never won, this would be awesomeee!

I can be happy for Ghana only after the fact. My one buddy is so happy it is actually contagious.
It was "fuck them" every second leading up to it.
Just like it was "Fuck the Chech" and "Fuck Italy" beforehand.
