I decided to jump on and not smoke today + no coffee and coca cola, just to feel good. Instead I eaten bananas, apples and been drinking water most of the day. This have resulted in a headache worse than a really bad hangover. WTF is that all about!

Don't they have that smoking ban already in Toronto? I'm pretty sure I was kicked out of a bar for refusing to put out my cig at some bar a few years ago..
