I am catching up with a mate tomorrow night and I was wanting to go somewhere away from you typical Curry, vietnames. chinese type restaraunts.
I was Hoping to try for something a bit different say perhaps a Korean BBQ (which I have never tried), you get the idea.
Any recomendations from you Shoreditch afficionados.

if you're into offal, fergus henderson opened up a new st. john's just opposite the spitz which is brilliant.
and there's always story deli which has good pizzas and cake.

well, i ate an ox heart the last time i was there. and they have a stellar wine list. much better than dogging, imho.

There's a place called The Diner which is good if you want american food.
