I just posted an ad on a mailing list with the exact stipulation that no agencies get in touch.
Within 2 mins I have an agent ringing me up saying he was told by a candate that he wanted to appply for the role.
A blatant lie from the outset. Aswell as keeping me on the phone arguing the toss, did he really think that he was going to get business?
Are these people brain dead?

He was a classic though.
What was he thinking...when we're arguing on the phone did he really think that he was going to get any business?
I think the fact they treat their candidates like cattle is the most disturbing. Talking to him felt like we were trading cattle

Nah, not at the moment mate. Saw your ad below so I guess you're looking.
How was Oz? Going back for a few weeks....well, in a few weeks.

shame...
Oz was fantastic, lived in Sydney for a while, nearly stayed, but its a long way away. Really enjoyed it. Been back a couple of months...working away.
We are looking for fulltime and freelance if you know anyone.

Beachboy on here was a recruiter. I never used him but a few people here did and he seems like a good fellow.
