I have linksys wireless 54g also and its the best. at my old house I also got a signal booster which is around $75 and that made the signal strong over the whole house into the backyard, it was a 3 bed, 3 bath and 2 large living rooms, so signal booster helps.

it's pretty good... BUT i've heard all this stuff about how wireless stuff emits shitloads of radiation.

w/ technology, i treat it like any other interest, fear less, its like i wanna know something, so this type of community gives appropriate responses, ie this thread, and me finally finding out when my girl was tellin me about directtv doing sattelite internet, i wasnt hip ya dig, but i'm back.. ;)

satellite access isn't exactly portable... you need a dish and a modem. just buy a really big spool of cable.
