oh btw i used vjamm 1 in 99-00 it rocked the big house off an old 2 gb pc notebook with 128 mb ram

the UI is 90% done , its hooked up to google maps, flickr and RSS feeds.. to add a bit of randomness
just working on a few more tools and filters but i have got the basics down like blur, alpha mixer etc..

It is mac compatible, and i intend to give it away to anyone who wants it.
i have built a API so anyone (who`s into flash) can build their own filters, tools etc..

Does it support MIDI?
How about Live feed?The thing you said about RSS, google maps, sounds interesting I noticed more and more venues have free wifi, would be cool to put it to use...
I think the guys that did the visuals for massive attack, used some statistics data from online software, I do not know what software they where using though..

sadly no MIDI support, i was unable to get it working.. same with a live feed.
its not going appeal to hardcore vj's but hopefully it will be something anyone can use, and have fun with.

I understand, I can live with no live feed, but MIDI really makes a difference, if it helps, I could put you in contact with the guy that made audiomixer pro, he is from LA.
I don't know anything about programming, but maybe for future upgrades, I would still like to check it out when you are done, though.
must feel nice to be able to code your own app.

yeah its a shame about the MIDI, but my target users probably wont have the hardware anyway.. but i might think about trying to add it in later on.
I will send you a link, when its all done. I think i have some pretty unique tools like a color tint tool which lets you pick out the colors from any movie.. so it might intrest you.
