#1 is my fav, i like the colours
#3 has potential but there's not quite enough contrast or something... doesn't quite work.
#2 just doesn't work for me. too simplified maybe? not giving me any message or visual interest.

Cheers for your comments so far people. I am working on the gulf stream one, it's not quite working. I think I'm quite happy with the first two now though.

The first one is very strong, the other two lack the striking colour-way of the first. The other nice thing about the first one is that it feels 'contained' obviously due to the circle and subject matter, but you may need to explore 'containing' the others somehow. Again as I said before, making them more iconic than pictographic..

Yeah, cant say I dislike them, theyre very easy on the eye, I think theyre missing something though, maybe its just a case of tweaking the colours a little or maybe bringing a small element of each colour theme down into the type, not sure.

like 'em, but #2 is too simple compared to the others. maybe give each piece of the crust some thickness with layers.
