Honestly it reminds me of underwear on the front of the megaphone. If you have children and see what they do to underwear you never, ever want to have your mouth near a pair.

This was an earlier concept that the client likes. I don't so much. And scales badly.

I like the first concept, but agree that the type should not be rotated and so literally coming out of the megaphone, maybe just stack it and try a stencil font, and I'm not being facetious...
