Is there a way to program a site to prevent it from being 'saved'?
I am aware of 'disbling the right mouse button' using script.
I'm curious!!??!

Nope. You could encrypt the code - but using IE you could still just 'Save As' and it'll take the whole site - images links and all - down to your HD

Love sites who disable the right click... Especialy if I want to open a link in a new window. Or load an image that didn't load the first time...

Once it's on the web it's a free for all, unless it's server-side code.

(Mar 1 06, 02:35)I have a client who i am reluctantly doing some work for. I know their reputation for ripping ideas.
thats why i was wondering if i was to post a concept online and try and protect it.

bigass div watermark
or maybe a link to a sign in button with a policy statement the viewer/client must agree to upon entering?

i like silohaus' idea.
state that 'by clicking the above button you agree to the terms listed below - blah blah'
and make sure to stipulate: all images, design concepts, writing, etc etc, remain the sole property of (insert your name here).
