i had something like that made
1. i went to a trophy shop and ask them if they could do it for me. most of the shops buy their premade stuff but some place will do it for you (a bit more extra). and this was plastic
2. i got another one from a metal works student and jewellery maker. and went to a leather shop and asked them cut it out. after that i went to a belt shop to bolt it down. this was pretty expansive.
ask around in metal shops and some cheap jewery store.. they will do it. i got the details at jewellery shop.
