are there any?
i need a simple app where i can modify code for both xhtml and php without all the extra fluf that Dreamweaver has.. i hate DW, slow and buggy..
but BBEdit has too many extra's,... it starts to bother me..

I use TextWrangler every day. It's free, has built in FTP, and is from the maker's of BBEdit. I've tried TextMate but prefer this.
