I've used it... an xdaII. Pretty indispensible once you get used to it...
I sold it off in anger only because of the sucky after-sales service for O2 they have in Singapore.
Check forums for comments.
the xda Atom is a nifty thing to have and to hold.

Thanks Spongebob, the o2 Atom does look pretty good. Will definately read more reviews. I prefer to hear the feedback of the consumer directly. Its more likely to be unbiased.
Anyone else with a Xda ??
:)

read the forums...
has a collection of geeks who review every darn PDA phone out there.

yeah, also try www.ppcw.net and www.msmobiles.com...
i've used the full family of handsets from o2, the xphone, xphone2, and the bigger models as well...
in australia they're sold under another brand called i-mate...
the full-sized one which you call the XDAIIs (I think that's the latest model) is a true PDA-phone... way too big to expect to carry it in your pocket... but once you're dependent on the Appz it has, you'll never go back... wi-fi, bluetooth model is the only one to go for (GSM data still costs too much, and wi-fi's all over the place)
there's a mid-range model (i-mate call it the JAM), but its drawback is that you can only use the majority of the navigation with a stylus... poor.
For Mac users out there, the one advantage the Handspring Treo 650 has over the others is its excellent synchronisation with Mac Mail etc... that's the only other one i'd recommend.... Sony-Ericsson screwed up with the latest P9xx model.... the keyboard is wack...
enjoy your shopping :)

or go for one of Orange's smartphones such as the SPV C550, m3000 and the bigger m5000
i have the SPV C500 and love it...especially with sat nav but i alose use the i-mate pda2k which is much like the xda but not tied to o2
