When your system prefs are open you should be able to select 'clock' as your screensaver. Works fine over here: OS X | 10.3.9

I had that when I downloaded via Firefox, tried it again in Safari and it downloaded / unstuffed correctly.
You could try changing the Mac download to a .sit or .hqx instead, might be an issue with zips and the Screentime installer format.
For some reason the text moves every second, seems like it's slowly tweening and then snapping back into position.

add the file extension to it. I have this problem the opposite way round sometimes. not sure what an exe is for a mac but just add that to teh end and with a dot i.e '.exe'

maybe you got a OS version issue, did you check it on his site?

Double-clicked the file, this will open an installer [once installed] it then opens your 'Desktop & Screensaver' preferences, then choose 'Full screen' from the 'Options menu' > Jobs a good 'un.
