so i am mousing with my left hand now cuz my right is suffering RSI, the cramps go all the way up to my neck!!
what to do about it?

Get a wacom tablet. That'll stop the RSI. Temporarily. Then you'll get it in a different part of your hand ; )

Annoying at first, but when you get over that, much better.And avoid crunch times of course.
