i dont understaand how working for a design firm can be a conflict of interest to have and maintaining a personal site of your own...honestly thats a cop-out answer, you can probably do better for yourself in a work environment where idiot company policies dont hault your personal freedom.
tell to goto hell and build your site up!
sell yourself! its up to you, as i dont see your company jumping in here screaming at you for not working but fucking around in the pvn, i can see how that can be a conflict of interest, but a personal site....you can do better!

like a seperate window or something that will dock the threads you're currently posting in so you don't have to scroll through all the other ones to find it all the time.
along with that, when you click on the thread title, it automatically goes to the post you last read so you don't have to scroll to the end of a longass thread.
