Or the Green Street Elite as they are called in this film.
I can't really tell what my work looks like anymore (I hate most of it). The client likes it though.
Just wondered what you lot thought of this as a basic film microsite.

okay well i was watching without sound, which sucks, but it looks tight to me. for some reason i only messed with the map links at the very end, but i'm thick, see. safe work, blud, ya get me?

a couple of other things:
d'you think it's best for the user to be able to get the story pop-up before actually entering the site?
and i like the intro bit, but it could be perhaps more schmaltzily impactful if you have all the flash intros to all the locations strung together at the beginning, just after the opening hingmy, each one lighting up its link on the map, which might draw the eye down to the rollovers without actually having to mouse over them.
make any sense?

Maybe. Anyway, changes can't be made now. Its live and the client has signed it off.

This is something I find really annoying with a lot of sites:
The story pop-up isn't resizeable to be able to see all the text at once, why not make the pop-up the right size for the text it contains?
Like I said, this happens with a lot of pop-ups, on this one it's only theree lines of text and the release date, it's a pain having to scroll just for that.

Is there a default set of pop-up sizes or templates in web software that designers just use or do you have to specify the size each time?
The worst ones are when an image is just slightly larger than the pop-up window so it displays a scroll bar which when scrolled only reveals a few extra pixels.
