i put in the regular size 3.5 x 2.2
also did 3.5 x 2.75
and they came out small as shit
i dont get it

and i had them at 300 dpi
i dont know what it could be

Make sure you don't have your rulers set to Picas.

because my whole design/life is trial and error

you need to input a business card first.
insert a card into the slot on the front of your computer. you're computer will do the rest.
when it's done hit the f13 (make card) button and you're finished.
