smoking again.
a huge pile of bills, projects that slow down thx to a crashed HD that needs an expen$ive repair makes you do that.

be sure not to beat yourself up over it, janne. if you feel guilty about it, it'll just eat away at you. you have to think, 'oh. okay. i'm going to have to try that again.' and then move on. every time you quit, you get better at it and your chances of succeeding grow.

hmm, i'm thinking about quiting...
I cut down from 1 pack to 10 fags a day. It's probably better to quit complety at once.

about half a year.
but i always smoked about one cigar a day instead.
but now i am back on cigarettes, it's the same pack i still had from when i quit.
yesterday i smoked 2, today 1.
i must say it has a very calming effect on me now, which i really needed.

smoking is the new non smoking. I started again last summer after 9 months. I remembered that I'd only really quit because I felt I should not because I truly wanted to.
It relaxes me a great deal.
