I had to sleep on me back for 10 weeks due to a snowboarding accident. I had ripped my lower abdominal muscles straight across. My wife, (my gf at the time) had went out to get some well deserved drinks, she had been taking care of me for a while, which I am greatfully thankful for. she came home wasted, threw open the door to the bedroom, and I was soooo scared, that I sprung up like I was doing situps. I ripped the muscles all over again.
